Event Information
The NTX Off-Season Planning Committee (including but not limited to FRC 1296, FRC 5431/5790, FRC 6171, and FRC 6369) is pleased to announce that the North Texas Tournament of Robots, including the Annual STEM Gals Tournament, will be returning for the 2025 off-season in Plano, Texas!
Teams are allowed to bring their own food to the competition building. We are also working on having some options available for teams.
We would also like to encourage teams, if possible, to stay and help tear down the field. This will allow the field/support staff and volunteers to go home early.
STEM Gals and NTX will be streamed on Titan Robotics YouTube Channel!
We are excited to announce that we will be giving out Judged Awards for both STEM Gals and NTX!
We would like to invite interested adults (post-high school or equivalent, 18+, but 21+ is preferred) to volunteer as Judge Trainees!
Awards that will be given out at STEM Gals and NTX:
STEM Gals:
Creativity Award
Excellence in Engineering Award

Community Outreach

Students from the Rockwall High School Robotics Team, Full Metal Jackets, organize cell phone donation barrels for Secure The Call, which provides free 911 cell phones for those in need, including senior citizen centers, women’s/domestic violence shelters, and police departments.
In addition to collecting cell phones, the Full Metal Jackets will also be conducting battery recycling. They’ll accept a variety of batteries including AA, AAA, 9V, C, and even used FRC robot batteries, helping the community safely dispose of hazardous waste and support sustainability efforts.
Students from Plano ISD Academy High School Robotics Team, Titan Robotics, are partnering with the Children's Advocacy Center for Collin County for their Annual Teddy Bear Drive.
The drive will be held on the same day as NTX (October 26th), and teams are encouraged to bring teddy bears to donate. These bears will bring comfort to children supported by CACCC.
